Frame Up Strip is a one-of-a-kind Russian dance style that combines modern and acrobatic floorwork with elements of dance into a sensual choreography.
The main element of this complex dance style is a higher level of musicality (choreography movements are arranged on beats and vocals). The dancestyle develops the ability to strain and relax the body, puts emphasis and draws smooth lines with the body.
